ST FANOURIOS

“Welcome one another, therefore, just as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God”.
Romans 15:7

Our Patron Saint

Saint Phanourios (Greek: Άγιος Φανούριος), also known as St. Phanourios the Newly-Manifest (Greek: Άγιος Φανούριος ο Νεοφανής) is recognized as a saint by the Greek Orthodox Church.[1]
He is commemorated on August 27.[2]

Saint Phanourios was awarded the Martyr’s Crown in the Orthodox Christian faith.

Light a Candle

Offer a candle for the health or eternal repose of a loved one. A member of the Parish Council will light a candle on your behalf and convey the names of your loved ones to the priest for commemoration.

Fanouropita

Every Sunday Philoptochos Ladies prepare a  Fanouropita for all of us who want to pray to Saint Phanourios to help us find lost objects, to reveal lost or hidden spiritual matters of the heart, to redirect us or reveal actions that should be taken, and to restore health.
